Personal profile

Research

I am associate professor of Sociology, and I teach and do research in organizational sociology with some emphasis on the sociology of science and sociological theory. In my current research, I study society's different spheres (such as politics, economy, science, law, education, civil society), their coexistence and collaboration, and how they developed in the process of society's modernization. In this work, and in teaching, I make use of the breadth of classic sociological theory, especially organizational sociology.

Teaching

I teach organization studies, on basic and advanced level, and supervise theses.
