Personal profile

Research

I work in close collaboration with the Swedish biofinder group and primarily perform datamining and imageprocessing on the brains' functional connectivity networks imaged with MR-scanners. Additionally, I maintain the biofinder big data cache of neurologically relevant data which includes several pertinant radioactive PET tracers. Our aim is to devise early detection schemes pinpointing the initial predromal stage of the Alzheimers progression arc, crucial to the success of any treatment regimen. I am also involved in the analysis of Parkinssons and Lupus functional connectivity changes gauged by MRI.
