My research aims to analyze opinion formation in a digital age, focusing on the growing exposure to online hate among journalists and to what extent this development generates self-censorship and, ultimately, endangers central democratic values.

My thesis is a part of the research project: ”Hot och hat mot journalister: konsekvenser avseende yttrandefrihet och demokrati” financed by The Swedish Crime Victim Compensation and Support Authority.
