Research

Cartilage  proteomics in various contexts including osteoarthritis research. We have characterized the extracellular matrix of various cartilage subtypes on a proteomic level but also detailed characterization using horizontal cryosectioning to reveal depth dependence.

We are also working with tissue explants in vitro models to mimic the post-traumatic osteoarthritis delevelopment and interventions thereof.
