Personal profile


My research area is biobased building materials made from agricultural and marine (rest)resources. 

I spent my PhD (2005-2012) working on material properties of hemp-lime (a bio-based building material made of hemp shiv and building lime). Since then I have worked in several projects together with  Uppsala university Campus Gotland in which we studied additional insulation of historical buildings with hemp-lime. 

In cooperation with the division of Structural Engineering, LTH, I am working on a project on bio-based insulation materials.
