Personal profile

Research

I am a licensed psychologist at the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (Bup) in Region Skåne and a postdoc at the Department of Clinical Sciences, Lund. In May 2022, I defended my thesis on behaviour therapy for Tourette syndrome at Karolinska Institutet. Since November 2022, I am a member of professor Eva Serlachius’ research group Innovations in pediatric mental health at Lund University. My areas of expertise include Tourette syndrome and other tic disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), body dysmorphic disorder (BDD), body-focused repetitive behaviour disorders (e.g., trichotillomania and excoriation disorder), and anxiety disorders. My main focus of research is currently on developing and evaluating internet-delivered cognitive-behavioural therapy (ICBT) for pediatric anxiety disorders, including a comparison of different care pathways (of ICBT and in-person CBT). I also have a strong interest in improving and evaluating routine healthcare within Bup.
