Research

Dr Petter Storm holds a position as a bioinformatician in the Parmar group focusing on single cell technologies and molecular lineage tracing. Petter obtained a MSc in Bioinformatics and a PhD in Molecular Medicine, both from Lund University. Before joining the Parmar group Petter applied bioinformatics to dissect the heterogeneity and genetics of diabetes and developed bioinformatic workflows for clinical NGS diagnostics.

In the Parmar group Petter uses and develops single-cell genomic approaches in combination with stem cells, grafts and 3D organoids to study human neural development and cell therapy.
