My research concerns human interaction with the built environment and its impacts on individuals’ health and well-being, social climate and energy use, which lies in the areas of architecture, design, psychology, cognitive process and behaviour.  My work includes lighting and environmental perception. I have applied theories and methods to study human experience and behaviour in relation to physical and social environments with focus on environmental stimuli, design, personal and social factors.
