Personal profile

Research

I am a mathematician, data scientist, computational scientist, and researcher at the Clinical Research Centre, at Lund University. My current main research interest is the Biological application of Statistics, Machine learning, and algorithm development for Functional data types. Other research areas that are of interest to me are Causal machine learning, Mean-field game theory, Stochastic Modeling, and Functional data analysis.

Specifically, I am currently investigating many lines of application of machine learning and statistical learning to aging data. This includes Deep Clustering, Deep Learning, and Probabilistic Graphical Models such as Bayesian Network analysis. This reveals the computational aspects of epidemiology and clinical studies of diseases.
