Research

I am a full-time PhD student at the Faculty of Medicine in the Ribbingska Ageing and Health research group and affiliated with CASE- Centre for Ageing and Supportive Environments. My thesis is part of the Register RELOC-AGE project, where I will utilise Swedish population registers to study the role of indoor and outdoor living environments on health along the process of ageing. My main supervisor is assoc. prof. Giedre Gefenaite and prof. Susanne Iwarsson and prof. Jonas Björk are my co-supervisors.

Professional Work

I previously worked as a dental Hygienist between 2013- 2020 and completed a master’s degree in Public Health in 2022. I have researched Divorce risk for parents with children with Spina bifida as part of the medical faculty’s summer research school and my MSc thesis investigated Contraceptive use for Women with Spina Bifida. Both studies utilised Swedish Population register data.
