Rickard Andersson (PhD, Lund University, 2020) is a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Communication, Lund University. He holds a PhD in Media and Communication Studies with a specialization in strategic communication. His overall research interests are strategic communication, internal communication, employee communication, strategy and value creation. His research has been published in international scholarly journals and edited volumes, including Journal of Public Relations Research, Public Relations Review, Journal of Communication Management, Corporate Communications: An International Journal, International Journal of Strategic Communication, Public Relations Inquiry, The Routledge Handbook of Employee Communication and Organizational Processes, and Handbook of Management Communication.
