I have been working in different projects in biotechnology/chemical/food engineering in both upstream and downstream processes which involve:

  • Bioprocess engineering and food biorefinery technology for production of biobased chemicals and high value products from agricultural and marine resources
  • Process development for bioactive molecules, carbohydrates, proteins
  • Development and optimization of cultivation for probiotics and thermophiles
  • Analysis of carbohydrates, proteins, and bioactive molecules
