Research

Russell Garner is a research assistant to the Research and Education Department (R.E.D) at the Raoul Wallenberg Institute. Russell supports R.E.D’s research work both in Lund and internationally.

Russell’s work is focused on human mobility, migration law and enforcement, street-level bureaucracy, organizational studies, and structural discrimination.
