Research

I am a PhD student att the Faculty of Medicine, Department of Health Sciences since december 2022. I am part of the resarch group Applied Gerentology. The group conducts interdisciplinary research related to elderly and ageing. Doctoral project is linked to project Knowledge for Sustainbility in Care in Cognitive Dissorder - KnowDem that aim to implement and evaluate the effects of a virtual community of practice on autonomy and active citizenship of people with dementia, their relatives as well as care and care staff.

Background

I have worked as a registered nurse since year 2000, mostly in emergency medicin, but also in munticipal helath care. Since 2013 I have worked in primary health care as primary healt care nurse and diabetes nurse at a health care center. I have Postgraduated Diploma in Specialist Nursing- Primary Health Care, Lund University, since 2013. In the same year, i have comleted a master`s degree in nursing, Master of Medical Science, Major: Nursing.
