Research

My research focuses lies with the development of integrated technologies on the biotechnology and green chemistry for the production and application of bioactive ingredients, value-added platform chemicals, and biobased polymers from renewable resources. The research activities involves conceptualization and technological innovation in the following key areas:

  1. Chemo-enzymatic transformation by integration of biotechnology and green chemistry
  2. Design, synthesis, and 3D-printing of biobased and biocompatible polymers
  3. Biosurfactants for cosmetic, food, and biomedical (DDS) application
  4. Screening, characterization, and purification of active pharmaceutical ingredients
