Research

The Catalysis and Surface Reactions research group is dedicated to employing advanced synchrotron-based spectroscopy techniques and laser diagnostics for in situ or operando measurements of surface reactions. Our primary goal is to gain a fundamental understanding of these reactions, offering valuable insights into catalyst performance and material behavior. With a specific focus on materials and conditions relevant to industry, we aim to bridge the gap between industrial applications and fundamental research. By doing so, we strive to pave the way for a sustainable future, particularly emphasizing applications in surface reactions, specifically within the field of catalysis.
