Research

My primary field of research is macroeconomic history and to date I have worked on areas such as banking crises, sovereign debt, political economy, industrial production and productivity in Northern Europe. I have published my research in leading field journals, such as the Economic History Review, European Review of Economic History, and Explorations in Economic History. 

I have taught at undergraduate and master level in economic, business and financial history. Prior to Lund, I practiced as a financial accountant (CPA) and I currently present the Economic History Podcast.
