Research

My research focuses on whole-body control, in particular holistic control of a mobile manipulators, coordinating the movement of the base and the arm altogether, as opposed to the classical reach-manipulate-leave approach. The project aims to make robotic motion feel more natural and instinctive, mimicking human behavior and allowing better interaction between the robot and the human/environment.
