Personal profile

Research

I’m a biotechnology engineer and proteomics expert with hands-on experience in mass spectrometry-based and biomarker discovery for precision medicine. My work has centred on developing automated workflows for proteomics and phosphoproteomics analysis of clinical samples and applying multiomic data integration and machine learning to drive discovery efforts.

I’ve led and collaborated on multiple projects involving high-throughput proteomics, gaining valuable experience at all stages — from clinical sample selection and study design to the optimisation and automation of workflows in both wet and dry lab settings. My technical expertise bridges advanced wet lab protocols with bioinformatics workflows, ensuring robust and reproducible results.

I’m passionate about leveraging my skills to develop innovative solutions in healthcare and make a tangible impact in the field of precision medicine.
