Associate professor (clinical epidemiology), Researcher
I lead the research group Perinatal and cardiovascular epidemiology (PACE) and work as a resident obstetrician-gynecologist at Skåne University Hospital. I studied at Lund University (MD, PhD) with further training at Harvard Medical School (postdoc) and Harvard T.H Chan School of Public Health (SM in epidemiology).
Our research centers on the health of women and children across the life-span, leveraging the group’s cross-disciplinary clinical, epidemiological, and statistical expertise. A main research track is the relevance of pregnancy complications for the development and subsequent treatment of coronary heart disease in women.
