Personal profile

Research

My overall research interest focuses on reflective and critical research about organization/ organizing based on interpretative and qualitative research methodologies. The common central theme of all my scholarly work is an empirical and conceptual engagement with possibilities of alternative forms of organizing as well as potential dysfunctionalities of existing organizational forms and organizing activities. I am doing and have done research and published on organizational creativity, craft, ignorance, digitalization and qualitative research methods. I have recently published a book which develops a processual-cultural perspective on organizing creativity. Currently I run a research project which explores craft as an alternative form of organizing and its role in sustainable transformation processes.
