My name is Suzanne Johanson; I have been working as an occupational therapist in primary health care and vocational rehabilitation. Since 2013 I´m a PhD student in the research project Individual Enabling and Support. IES concerns vocational rehabilitation for people with affective disorders. The research project is collaboration between the County council of Skåne and Lund University and involves four different psychiatric healthcare centres. In a randomized controlled trial the purpose of this research is to compare IES with traditional vocational rehabilitation, the purpose is also to study important implementation components in a Swedish context. Further, we aim to study the IES-model in itself using case-study methodology and make correlation analyses between depression and motivation, quality of life and empowerment.
