Research

I hold a PhD in Business Administration from Umeå University and have researched and published widely on organisational learning, change and development, industrial relations and the sociology of work in journals including Work Employment and Society, the British Journal of Management, Economic and Industrial Democracy and Management Learning.  From 2010 to 2012 I was a member of the evaluation committee (economics) of the Swedish Research Council (Vetenskapsrådet) and am a member of the Steering Group for the Centre for Applied Working Life Research at Malmö University. I have also been a Visiting Professor at the Centre for Health Care Improvement, Chalmers University of Technology in Gothenburg.
