I have a background in linguistics, speech and language disorders and audiology, with clinical experience working with both adults and children with hearing loss. My research focuses on the neural mechanisms of speech processing and auditory prediction, particularly how they are shaped by variability in the speech signal such as noise, prosody and fine-grained details like coarticulation.
