Research

My research focuses on Global, International, European and Comparative Labour Law, as well as Industrial Relations and Human Rights at workplace. I have studied positive sanctions in labour law (mainly Italian labour law) and the intersection between labour market regulation and youth unemployment. Recently I am researching more deeply on (a) collective labour law (namely collective bargaining and collective actions), (b) the role of global industrial relations in order to implement fundamental labour rights in the global supply chains and (c) the impact on labour law of automation and digitiastion of manufacturing.
