Research

My education and professional background is spread over the fields of Economics, Leadership and Supply Chain Management. Currently, I hold a lecturer position in the division of Packaging Logistics, in association with Retail Logistics (ReLog) research platform and Centre for Retail Research at Lund University.

My research domain primarily covers the area of last mile distribution and overlaps with topics from the fields of retail, marketing and operations management. My doctoral research project has looked into the customer value in self-service technology in e-commerce last mile delivery context, whereas my current topics of research interest feature customer value and consumer engagement, service innovation, e-commerce last mile delivery, last mile digitalization, and rural logistics. My research has been presented at NOFOMA, NRWC and ICIEK (GIKA) conferences and has been published, among others, in International Journal of Retail and Distribution Management, Journal of Business Research, and International Review of Retail, Distribution and Consumer Research.

Teaching

My education responsibilities are split between the courses given by the division of Packaging Logistics at LTH and the department of Service Management (Campus Helsingborg).

I also act as a coordinator for the Supply Chain Management specialization courses in the Service Management master program (Campus Helsingborg), where Packaging Logistics collaborates with the Service Management school to organize and provide education on Bachelor and Master levels.

I act as the course responsible for the following courses: Sustainable Supply Chain Management; Transport Systems Management.

I also participate in different roles in the following courses: Introduction to Supply Chain Management; Logistics Service Fulfilment; Digitalisation and E-commerce in Supply Chains; Quantitative Research Methods; Packaging Material Science.
