Research

My main research interest includes resilience and positive development among children and adolescents. Under this umbrella topic, my research to date has covered a wide range of populations and developmental outcomes; from school-aged children and adolescents to college students to homeless youth, and from behavioral/educational outcomes, to civic/political engagement, and to mental health and substance use. My interest also includes prevention/intervention for positive development among young people.
