With my background in psychology, I previously worked as a research assistant in the social and organizational psychology area conducting interviews and a laboratory study. My master’s thesis focused on doctoral students’ motivation and self-efficacy beliefs on their work engagement. My general research interests are motivation, well-being, and user behavior.

My Ph.D. project focuses on the interaction between user and energy-efficient technologies. My research aims to broaden the perspectives on interaction with energy-efficient technologies in an indoor environment by focusing on user behavior through psychological and environmental factors. I am especially interested in sustainable development goals and multidisciplinary studies.
