Personal profile

Research

My Ph.D. project focuses on the interaction between users and energy-efficient technologies. With my background in psychology, I aim to broaden the perspectives on user interaction by focusing on user experience and behaviour. By combining case studies and laboratory-based experiments, I explore how people accept and feel motivated to use these technologies to perform energy-efficient behaviour. My research topic also concerns technical characteristics of the indoor environment to promote wellbeing and pro-environmental behaviour.

I previously worked as a research assistant in the social and organizational psychology area by conducting interviews and a laboratory study. My master’s thesis focused on doctoral students’ motivation and self-efficacy beliefs on their work engagement. I am interested in sustainable development goals and multidisciplinary studies.

I am open to be part of teaching and supervision opportunities related to my topic. Feel free to contact me via email if you would like to learn more about my project or discuss potential collaborations.
