Description

Lærebogsprisen (the Textbook Award) is awarded by the publisher, Forlaget Samfundslitteratur, for the best book proposal for a textbook. The winner is awarded a price of 100,000 DKK and a contract on the textbook. In 2018 this award was given to Jesper Petersen and Niels Valdemar Vinding for their book proposal: "Sharia og samfund - islamisk ret, etik og praksis i Danmark" (Sharia and society - Islamic jurisprudence, ethics, and practice in Denmark).
