Description
Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) in a group therapy setting. Traditionally, patients undergoing cancer rehabilitation are offered individual ACT therapy. However, previous studies indicate that group therapy is a powerful form of therapy with many positive effects on different levels of the patients health. Furthermore, group therapy is cost efficient and could also result in more shorter waiting times to start therapy. In this study, a patient control group recieve traditional individual ACT therapy and experiment subjects receive group ACT therapy.
