Assessing the potential socio-economic opportunities and challenges of Bio-char adoption on small-holder farming systems.

The main objective of this project is to map and assess the potential socio-economic impacts that a wider production and use of biochar might have in three regions in Kenya. The project involves a team of researcher from SLU Uppsala, Lund University and ITTA in Kenya and it is funded by SIDA.
