Description

The Centre for III-nitride technology (C3NiT) – a Vinnova Competence Centre – is a platform for generating and exploiting cutting-edge research in III-nitride semiconductors for the next generation of power and high frequency electronics, through a combination of scientific excellence and industrial relevance.
C3NiT explores new findings in the area of III-N electronics to enable increased capacity and efficiency in communication, sensor and power systems. The center uniquely encompasses research ranging from basic material research to advanced device concepts and integrated circuits. The research is performed in close collaboration between academia, industry, and public authorities ensuring the provision of competence as well as the relevancy for industrial competitiveness and societal challenges.
