Collaborative Learning in Healthcare and Social services - Outcomes and experiences among people with cognitive disorders and their caregivers

The purpose of my research is to investigate how to increase the level of knowledge and understanding among care professionals and families/ informal caregivers to people with cognitive disorders. This includes easy access to education and training using digital technology and communities of practice and learning. One example of virtual community of practice and learning is the digital platform EarlyDem. Digital platforms can serve as drivers for further collaborations and cocreation of new knowledge in collaboration using virtual and physical community of practice and learning. My research project will also focus on how cocreation of new knowledge through community of practice and learning stimulate active citizenship and strengthening resilience capacity among people with cognitive disorders.
