The DHC Academy is created to meet the rising need for trained workers in the European heating and cooling sector. This sector is important for reaching decarbonisation targets and keeping energy systems stable. Several skill gaps are currently seen, and these gaps slow down progress and innovation, especially in renewable energy technologies, digitalisation and sustainability.
