Dynamic adaptation policy pathways for an at-risk coastal railway in southern Sweden

The aim of this research is to test the use of the Dynamic Adaptation Policy Pathways (DAPP) framework in Trelleborg, Sweden, to support the transition towards a resilient railway system with respect to the effects of climate change (in particular flooding and subsequent erosion).

Three workshops will be held with relevant stakeholders to 1) establish the current situation and vulnerabilities, 2) discuss potential adaptation solutions, and 3) determine potential triggers, decision points, and create adaptation pathways.
