Description
We investigate how opinions and beliefs propagate on social networks, i.e., on networks of individuals interacting over socio-technological media. We use data and dynamical models in order to understand the mechanisms by which sociologically relevant macroscopic collective behaviors can emerge from microscopic (i.e., individual-level) interactions.
