Description
The aims of the research are firstly to discuss the topic of ethnicity and education in Chinese academia, secondly to identify problems and experience of teachers work in two distinct ethnic minority areas, thirdly to research to what extent and what kind of teacher education program can help them to adapt working in multicultural ethnic minority areas and achieve the aims of cultivating qualified talents and inheriting ethnic culture. My research will include two times fieldwork in China ethnic minority areas in 2016 and 2017.
