Description
Using data from Statistics Sweden (1990-2008), this dissertation advances our understanding of how organizations influence an employee’s propensity to enter entrepreneurship compared to a job switch, and the entrepreneurial outcomes, namely, the returns from entrepreneurship during entrepreneurship and on re-entry into paid employment.
