Description
The overall objective of the project is to build a platform for high throughput 3D and 4D (time resolved) processing and visualisation of selected phenomena in the nano-world. The realization relies on three major tasks:
- Development of the mathematical model for improved phase inversion algorithms
- HPC implementation of 3D and 4D phase retrieval
- Applying the workflow to scientific problems of crystal strain mapping and cell organelles recognition
