Description
The overall goal of our research is to determine how protein subunits self-assemble into larger assemblies.
To address this problem, we combine methods to model protein structure and small-angle scattering data with state-of-the-art methods in mathematical statistics. This will result in a general method for analysing data from time-resolved scattering experiments of self-assembling protein systems using a statistical approach that goes far beyond the state-of-the-art in this area.
