Health Resources and Threats

Involves identifying resources and work hazards in different professions. Two parts exist and Eva Hoff is PI. One project part tests the Job Demand-Resources Model on teachers to see which resources that promote teachers’ work engagement and minimize intention to leave the profession. This is done together with Liliane Steinbruck and Rachel Fischer. A second project part identifies vulnerability factors and possibilities for the professional well-being of artists and cultural workers. This part is done in collaboration with Sima Wolgast
