Study of the immunoregulatory functions of human mesenchymal stem/stromal cells and the overall bone marrow niche in health and in the leukemic bone marrow. Specific focus on the regulation axis of dendritic cell and the subsequent impact on the efficacy of dendritic-cell based immunotherapies.
