Improving Artificial Neural Network Efficiency using Analytical GPU Models

The project aims to improve the ways artifical neural networks train and integrate across various graphical processing units(GPU) in regards to time and performance metrics. The goal is to explore and construct structures that allow generic(GPGPU) improvements across various devices from various vendors.
