International Collaboration for Computational Audio/Voice Analysis

Our research group at the Department of Psychology develops and validates Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based assessments to improve the assessment and understanding of individuals’ mental health and well-being using natural language. Our research group maintains and further develops the text-package for analysing natural language in R, which currently includes AI pipelines for analysing written language. The aims of this project are 1) implement AI pipelines in the text-package to analyse voice/audio data, providing the opportunity for multimodal data analysis (i.e., recorded and written language); 2) write a tutorial paper about computational audio/voice analysis; and 3) deepen international collaborations on this subject.
