Description
Mental health guidelines has been developed, to provide employers and occupational health services with a support to prevent mental health problems av work. In this project we use an RCT-design where we evaluate how the guidelines can be implemented in schools. Attention is on both individual and organisational outcomes, as well as implementation outcomes.
