Learning in Entrepreneurship Support Organizations

The project aims to enhance our understanding of learning processes within entrepreneurship support organizations (ESOs). By focusing on the entrepreneurial ecosystem at Lund University, especially VentureLab and other local entities, the research will examine how relationships and organisational dynamics of these actors shape support practices. A central focus of this study is the ambiguous impact of ESOs on entrepreneurs and local communities, with existing literature highlighting a significant gap in the social context of support mechanisms. This initiative will investigate how these relationships inform learning experiences within ESOs, thereby affecting the effectiveness and scope of the support provided to emerging entrepreneurs.
