Project Details

Description

The complex and costly needs for care of the increasing number of children with and at risk for long-term illness is one of the most critical challenges for health care systems throughout the world. Our multi-scientific research program aims to implement different models of parental support and Child Centred Care (CCC) in Child Health Services. Three research areas are used: (I) Promoting early childhood health; supporting parents and vulnerable and challenged children, (II) Hospital-based Home Care (HBHC) for children with long-term illness, (III) Knowledge development and translation in implementation of CCC.
