Description

The mapping aims to show to what extent and in which contexts employers in Sweden use AI-systems and other automated decision-making solutions in work-life, and to identify which risks of discrimination are built into these technical solutions.

The mapping highlights the following questions:
• To what extent and in what contexts do employers in Sweden use AI-systems and other automated decision-making in working life?
• What risks of discrimination are built into these technical solutions?
• What knowledge about possible risks of discrimination do users of these technical solutions have?
