Popular science description
Our project investigates how Eurosceptic parties in the UK and Denmark disseminate content across social media (Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube). We hypothesize that Eurosceptics increase the visibility and salience of European issues online and mobilize the citizenry for/against EU. They may paradoxically contribute to the integration, through contestation, of European public spheres.
